What you need:
one pack of Kool-Aid, flavor of your choice.
one two-liter pitcher (Smiling Kool-Aid face recommended)
three and a fourth cups of sugar
ice cubes
What to do:
First, fill the Kool-Aid pitcher with about one and a half liters full of cold water. Then, pour in three cups of sugar. Next, slowly mix in the Kool-Aid and watch the water magically change colors! After that, cover the pitcher with foil or cling wrap or something and..shake shake shake! shake shake shake! Shake your Kool-Aid! Then, add the ice and sprinkle the rest of the sugar on top of the ice. I know the pack says to put only one cup of sugar, but who cares!! It's gotta have atleast two cups to be really good! That's the whole point of Kool-Aid!
LEMONADE
Cut up lemons, and squeeze until juice is gone. Use about three or four for a nice sweet lemonade.
- Make sugar-water by boiling water with an equal amount of sugar. Don't allow it to cool before adding the lemons!
- Figure that for every four cups of water the juice from two whole lemons should be added. It should be nice and sweet, with no tartness from the lemon.
- Omit the sugar water, and just use plain water, if you want to make unsweetened lemonade.
- Add ice cubes, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
ICE TEA
Place the sugar and half the water in a 2-quart serving jug and stir to dissolve the sugar, then chill.
- Step 2
Bring the remaining water to boil in a nonreactive pot.
- Step 3
Remove the water from the heat as soon as it boils and add the tea.
- Step 4
Cover and steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Step 5
Strain the hot tea into the sugared water.
- Step 6
Add lemon slices or mint sprigs if desired, or place them in serving glasses as a garnish.
- Step 7
Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the tea in them to serve.
INJOY!!!
